Toxicological properties of new complex preparation vigisox.

The toxicological properties of vigisox are investigated. Vigisox concerns to weakly dangerous substances. At introduction in stomach LD50 makes for white rats over 6000 mg/kg of body weight and white mice –10000 mg/kg. Vigisox does not show irritating action on skin and mucous membranes and at introduction in threefolded increase doze does not influence the general condition, behavior of an- imals, reception of forage and water, dynamics of weight and hematological pa- rameters.
