Summary. One obtained data on specific composition of nematodes attributed to subfamily Ostertagiinae in roe deers and elks in the Ryazan Region, in elks in the Smolensk and Tver Regions. All recovered nematodes in elks were attributed to one species – M. dagestanica. Two species of nematodes recovered in roe deers appeared to be M. dagestanica and O. antipini. Additionally minor morph of O. antipini (O. lyrataeformis) was found in elk from the Tver Region. M. dagestanica predominated in all examined ruminants. M. dagestanica and O. antipini were recorded in the Ryazan and Smolensk Region for the first time.
