Summary. Immunobiological action of albendazole on cell immunity is dependent on dose and reduces in accordance with increase of agent’s dose. The negative correlation has been established between inhibition of immune reactions of cell type and agent’s dose level. Combination of ronkoleukin 2 at dose level of 10000 IE/kg and albendazole at the therapeutic dose of  2,5 mg/kg of body weight shows the selective mode of immunobiological action aimed on stimulation of immune reactions of cell type and inhibition of T-cell-mediated humoral immune response.
