HISTOCHEMICAL INVESTIGATION OF VITELLINE GLAND OF TREMATODES PARASITIZING IN ONE ENDOSTATION IN DIFFERENT SPECIES OF ANIMALS

Summary

As a result of the provided histochemical investigation it has been shown that hepatic trematode vitelline gland being at different stages of vitellogenesis composed of cells containing yolk granules which exhibit a different level of positive response to acidic and basic proteins, hialomucoproteids, glycogen and lipids.
