Summary

As it has been observed the ratio of causative agents of root rot in pathogen populations not only depends on the plant-hosts but to a greater extent on climatic and edaphic factors. It has been possible to trace the changes in the balance of species in population depending on variety, the area of cultivation and weather conditions in particular vegetation period.
