Summary

The results of the evaluation of immunotherapeutic action of ronkoleukine and E. multilocularis protoscolices cellular antigen at experimental E. multilocularis infection on mice were represented. The results showed that neither ronkoleukine nor complex preparation comprising E. multilocularis protoscolices cellular antigen and ronkoleukine showed immunotherapeutic effect. However the authors considered that such research was needed not only to continue but also to activate with the aim of searching of novel immunoreactive agents and methods of their application.
