PECULIARITIES OF TRICHINELLA LARVAE DISTRIBUTION IN DIFFERENT GROUPS OF MUSCLES IN SPONTANEOUSLY INFECTED EUROPEAN MINKS (MUSTELA LETREOLA)

Summary. 

The maximum Trichinella spiralis larvae number was recorded in muscles of trunk and head. The highest intensity of infection was found in muscles of diaphragm (43 larvae/g of muscles), intercostal muscles and masseters (33 and 37 larvae/g of muscles respectively) well as in root of tongue (35 larvae/g of muscles).
