Therapeutic efficacy of helmicide, fesol and alben at trematodoses of cattle in the Vologda Region.

Summary. Helmicide showed a high efficacy values against Fasciola and Paramphistomum infections of cattle what is due to the high trematodocidal activity of oxyclozanide being the active substance of the agent. Fesol appeared to be the second agent according to the demonstrated efficacy values. Alben showed the lowest efficacy against the above trematodoses and it was not recommended for treatment of cattle but in absence of other agents it’s application should not be excluded
