BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF TRICHINELLA SPIRALIS ISOLATE OF COMMON FOX PASSAGED ON LABORATORY ANIMALS

Summary

Biological indices of T. spiralis (establishment, survival, productivity and appearance of the first Trichinella larvae of natural isolate originated from fox) have the fixed nature and don’t change post 5-fold passage on one laboratory animal species. The time of invasiveness appearance of Trichinella larvae slightly shorten namely from 23 to 21 days.
