Summary

One showed the perspectives of mechanochemical modification of number of benzimidazole substances with water soluble polymers. The obtained supramolecular complex of “guest-host” type exerted the high efficacy on laboratory models of helminthoses. The agent efficacies were confirmed on sheep spontaneously infected by gastrointestinal nematodes with dose reduction by 9-10 times.
