Summary

Tetratrem and pentatrem showed the low extensefficiency and intensefficiency values at D. lanceatum infection of sheep at dose levels of 1,2 and 1,0 g/10 kg body weight respectively. The above values for tetratrem were 20,0 and 42,6% as while for pentatrem – 30,0 and 51,4% respectively. The further increase of dose levels up to 1,5 and 1,2 g/10 kg body weight didn’t improve the efficacy of both agents but caused depression and diarrhea in sheep.
