Was born on 24th of August 1964 in the village Panino in Medvensky district of the Kursk region.
In 1986 she graduated from Kursk State Pedagogical Institute (specialty – teacher of chemistry and biology at middle school). She completed the postgraduate studies at the Institute of Medical Parasitology and Tropical Medicine named after E.I. Martsinovsky; at the same institute, she defended her PhD thesis in biological sciences (scientific advisers – doct. of med. sci. prof. Shuykina E.E., doct. of med. sci., prof. Lebedeva M.N., specialty 03.00.19– Parasitology). In 2006 Malysheva N.S. defended her doctoral thesis (doctor of biological sciences); scientific adviser - doct. of med. sci. prof. Romanenko N.A., specialty 03.00.19– Parasitology.
In 2003 she was awarded the Degree of Associate Professor, in 2010 - Professor of the Department. In 2010, she received the second higher education, qualification - Higher School Teacher.
In 2013 she received the second higher education at the economic faculty of Kursk State University, qualification – economist. She was involved in the Training program on the topic «Laboratory diagnostics of parasitic diseases» at the Educational Institution of Higher Professional Training of I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University; Training program «Essentials of laboratory sciences and laboratory accreditation» at the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor; in 2016 - «Methods of changeover to multi-level system of personnel training according to the new normative base of higher education in biology» at the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Employment details:
- 1986 – 1989: teacher of Biology and Chemistry at Kommunarsk middle school in Medvensky district of the Kursk region;
- Since 1989 has been working at Kursk State University (passed the following qualification stages: Assistant, Senior Teacher, Associate Professor, Professor, since 2002 Head of Research Laboratory «Parasitology»);
- Since 2012 Director of the Scientific Research Institute of Parasitology at Kursk State University.
Extracurricular scientific and educational activities:
Under the management of Malysheva N. S., the postgraduate department on the specialty 03.00.19 (Parasitology and scientific research laboratory «Parasitology») was established in 2002 at the Kursk State University, and in 2012- the Scientific Research Institute of Parasitology was founded, which became a science center. The center deals with ecological and parasitological monitoring, parasite faunistic and cenologic studies on the Central Black Earth Region, elaboration of normative and methodical documents, training of highly qualified specialists.- Scientific research in the field of parasitology and ecology;
- Parasite faunistic and cenologic studies;
- Studies on features of circulation of causative agents of parasitosis under conditions of the increased anthropogenic load and forecasting risk of parasitic infection in human and animals;
- Ecological and parasitological monitoring of environmental objects;
- Development methods of ecological and parasitological studies, approbation of modern devices and authors' developments;
- Realization of complex approach to prevention of parasitic diseases (formation of ecological and hygiene culture among different social groups of population).
Malysheva N. S. has a scientific school: under her management, 9 PhD theses were successfully defended. She is a member of the Educational and Methodological Board of the Federal Educational and Methodological Association of higher education institutions of biological sciences (since 2014 – working on the basis of Moscow State University); a member of Editorial Board of the scientific journal «Medical parasitology and parasitic diseases», member of Editorial Board of the scientific journal «AUDITORIUM».
Malysheva N. S. is a member of scientific council of the Kursk State University; member of dissertation council D 0006.011.01 for defense of PhD and doctoral theses at the FSBI «All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Fundamental and Applied Parasitology of Animals and Plants named after K.I. Skryabin». Since 2011, Malysheva N. S. has been working as an accredited Expert in the accreditation of laboratories, which carry out sanitary, and epidemiological tests (Certificate no. GSNE.09.038.0911.216). Since 2014 – accredited Expert of the Federal Register of scientific-technical experts at the Ministry of Science and Education of the Russian Federation; Expert of the Department for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Kursk Region. Since 2015 - member of Community Board at the Veterinary Division of the Administration for the Kursk region; Chief of the Kursk Division of the All-Russian Society of Helminthologists, RAS.
Professional Membership:
Malysheva N. S. is a member of various international organizations: the World Federation of Parasitologists, the American Society of Nematologists, the Australian Society for Parasitology, the British Society for Parasitology, the American Association of Veterinary Parasitologists, American Society for Parasitology.
Basic publications: more than 200 scientific works including 1 monograph «Ecological basis of parasitic diseases» (2006), more than 10 normative and methodical documents of the federal level have been published.

Malysheva N. S. is a manager and operator of Grant Programs at Russian Humanitarian Scientific Foundation (2008, 2009, 2014, 2015); Federal Target Program «Scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of innovative Russia, 2007-2012» (Ministry of Education and Science of the RF), United Nations Development Programme/ Global Ecological Foundation of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the RF (2001-2016); administrative agreements as assigned by regional authorities.
