Prevalence of Babesia spp. infection in dogs in the Central Area of the Russian Federation and rational treatment schemes.

Summary. Babesia spp. infection is widely spread in dog population of the Ryazan city. The obtained results allowed to reveal the high efficacy of Babezan 4% against Babesia spp infection of dogs. Emidonol having the regulatory mode of pharmacological action in combination with anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and stimulating agents promotes reduction of clinical recovery terms in animal’s and more favourable course of infection in recovery period.
