RECOVERY OF COPROANTIGENS AT TRICHINELLA INFECTION USING SANDWICH-IFA

Summary
One represent the results of development of regimes and parameters of sandwich-IFA for recovery of coproantigens at Trichinella infection. The sensitivity of this test-system appears to be 100 ng/ml of antigens (according to the protein level) using the automatic recording procedure.
