In accordance with the order of the Ministry of education and science of Russia from July 25, 2014
No. 793, as amended by the order of the Ministry of education and science
from 03 June 2015 № 560 (hereinafter – the Order) (registered by the Ministry
of justice of the Russian Federation on August 25, 2014, registration No. 33863),
The Ministry of education created a list of peer-reviewed scientific publications,
where must be published basic scientific results of theses
on competition of a scientific degree of candidate of Sciences, on competition of a scientific degree of the doctor of of Sciences (hereinafter – the List).
In accordance with the Rules of formation of the notification procedure
The list includes publications that submitted the application for inclusion
in the List that satisfies the formal requirements to peer-reviewed scientific
publications for inclusion in the List (hereinafter – the Requirements), approved
Order, and recommended by the Higher attestation Commission
when the Ministry of education and science (hereinafter – the Commission).
The List came into force on 1 December 2015.
Publications, current numbers or their translated versions are
in at least one international indexing databases and citation systems
Web of Science, Scopus, Astrophysics Data System, PubMed, MathSciNet, zbMATH,
Chemical Abstracts, Springer, Agris or GeoRef considered to be included in the List
on branches of science relevant to their profile.
In 2016, the Ministry of education and science will be organized examination of publications,
included in the List for compliance.
Appendix: List of peer-reviewed scientific publications, which should be
published by a major scientific results of dissertations on competition of a scientific
degree of candidate of Sciences, on competition of a scientific degree of the doctor of Sciences, as
on December 1, 2015.
